HOW TO ORDER
STEP 1: Fill up ORDER FORM at the bottom of the page. Please provide us your correct email address.
STEP 2: After order submission, please wait for confirmation. Kindly allow 24 to 48 hoursfor us to invoice you. If you didn't get invoice within this period, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
STEP 3: After u have received the invoice, kindly transfer or bank-in the amount (provided in invoice) to our accounts within 1 (one) working day.
STEP 4: Kindly attach proof of payment by REPLYING our email (invoice sent to you). DO NOT compose new email as this is to avoid delay or confusion. If there is no reply from you within 1 day, your order shall be released without any further notice.
For m2u/cimbclicks user: Please choose payment notification by email and insert scarffiction@gmail.com. Your bank will send us email notification.
Those who Transfer/Bank In via Cash Deposit: Please snap a picture of receipt / scan receipt and attach to email.
STEP 5: Item will be mailed out after 1 working day once payment received. Tracking Number & Posting Date provided upon request. Your item will be delivered to you within 7 working days.

6. Payment : via CIMB/ MAYBANK/Cash Deposit
7. We will not be liable for any damages or loss caused during shipping of item(s).
8. Payments are to be made within 1 (one) day after invoice has been sent.
9. Delivery method using POSLAJU only
Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM7 for first 500g and RM4 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM10 for first 500g and RM5 for next 250g.
